Getting hit and Standing up「Unit 10」

Getting hit
using the infomtion I have learnt from the other animtions, I tried to make the getting hit animtion. the result was okay as the overall mation was great but the frame rate was just bad animtion link
Standing up
I found using Standing Up From a Chair or Seated Position - Ask Doctor Jo  as a refrence was helpful as they don't just show how to stand up but they also explained the prosses step by step. animtion link
